Contacting Troubles

I contacted Weirfield Wildlife Hospital by mobile on 30/01/15 and they said that they would check the emails and respond to me. By 04/02/15 i had not received a reply so i phoned them again asking if someone could look into it. That person said that they don't think it would be a problem with the owner for me to do my project but they'd get back to me the next day. Unfortunately it is now the 06/02/15 and i have still not received anything. I will give it until this afternoon and if i still haven't heard anything i will phone them again.
